1)      What does "Out of Stock" mean on a Waltons product page?

Our website is designed to look at stock situated in our 3 main warehouses. If a product you are interested in shows as "Out of Stock" it means that the 3 warehouses do not have the stock available at that time. However, there is a very good chance that our stores could have the product you need.

We advise you to then use the "Check Store Availability" function which will show you if any of our retail stores do have the item you are looking for.

2)      How do the Waltons Shopping Lists work?

The Shopping List function is very useful! You can create lists and add to these lists straight from the product pages. Your lists are saved and you can add the entire list to your shopping cart with the "Add All To Cart" button.

3)      Can I buy for my business online with Waltons?

If you have a business and would like to buy from us, we advise that you use our eLine platform. Email us at customerservice@waltons.co.za and we will have a sales rep contact you and set up your credit facility and eLine account.

4)      Can I collect items I have ordered online in store at Waltons?

The Click n Collect service is not yet available. Watch this space!

5)      What does "Check Store Availability" show me on product pages for Waltons?

If you would like to check  if the particular product you are looking at is available at a store close to you, select this option and a list showing stores that have stock will pop up for you along with store contact information. It's always a good idea to then call the store to reserve the stock for you so that they do not sell it to someone else before you get there to grab your goodies!

6)      Are Waltons product prices online the same as in stores?

Our standard pricing online is the same as in our stores. Occasionally we will run web only promotions and these will be available only for online purchases. Subscribe to our Newsletter to be first in line!

7)      What if I cannot find the product I am looking for on Waltons Online?

We have the biggest range available, if you do not find it online please contact us and we be happy to assist you.

8)      When do I get free Delivery from Waltons?

Free delivery is available for orders over R500. 

Additional rules apply when paper is also purchased:

a) 5 reams of a paper SKU or less in your order (Relevant product SKUs 80101000,80106800,80121500,80121800,80122400,80128800)

b) Balance of order excluding value of paper products must exceed R500
