Large office furniture and bulk copy paper orders are dispatched from regional distribution centres to help reduce transport costs and minimise the risk of damage during delivery. Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 working days across South Africa. Standard delivery is R70 and free on orders over R500. @speed same-day delivery and click & collect are available for eligible products.

Waltons offers a 14-day exchange or refund for unused, unopened products returned in their original packaging with valid proof of purchase. Defective office machines and hardware are covered by a 6-month repair or replacement guarantee in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
