How It Works
Visit A Store
Head to your nearest Waltons store with your parcel ready to send.
Book Your Delivery
Provide the recipient's address and choose your preferred delivery service.
Pay & Drop Off
Pay the courier fee in-store and hand over your securely packaged parcel.
Track & Receive
You and your recipient will receive a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.
Delivery Options
Next Day Delivery
Available at selected stores, depending on the origin and destination of the parcel. Parcels must be tendered to Waltons for delivery by 12:00 the day prior to ensure next-business-day delivery.
Standard Delivery
Available at all Waltons stores nationwide. Delivery is typically within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location.
Store to Store
Goods can be couriered from any Waltons store to another Waltons store for convenient collection by the recipient.
Tracking
Both you and the recipient will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel's delivery status. Delivery event updates will also be sent via WhatsApp.
Packaging Requirements
To ensure your parcel arrives safely, please ensure the following:
- Your goods are safely and adequately packaged to withstand damage during transit.
- The parcel is clearly and accurately marked, labelled, and addressed.
- The parcel is properly sealed in the courier bag provided by Waltons at the time of booking.
- The parcel does not exceed the weight or size restrictions applicable to your chosen delivery service.

You can drop off a parcel at any participating Waltons store. Standard delivery is available to any physical address nationwide, as well as to other Waltons stores.

Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Once your parcel has been booked and dispatched, both you and the recipient will receive a tracking link. You will also receive delivery event updates via WhatsApp.
What happens if my parcel cannot be delivered?
If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the originating Waltons store and you will be notified. You can then arrange redelivery or collect the parcel from the store.
Does Waltons provide insurance for couriered parcels?
Waltons does not provide insurance cover for couriered goods. It is your responsibility to insure the goods with your own reputable insurance provider before sending.
What items are prohibited from being couriered?
