Where can I send a parcel?
Drop off at any participating Waltons store. Standard delivery is available to any physical address nationwide, as well as to other Waltons stores.
How much does it cost?
A small courier bag costs R99 economy or R250 next day, and a large bag R149 economy or R349 next day. Pricing may vary, please confirm the latest rates at your nearest store.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Once booked and dispatched, both you and the recipient receive a tracking link, plus delivery updates via WhatsApp.
What if my parcel cannot be delivered?
It is returned to the originating Waltons store and you are notified to arrange redelivery or collection.
Is insurance included?
Waltons does not provide insurance cover for couriered goods, please insure valuable items with your own provider before sending.
