Waltons will refund or exchange most goods if you return them within 14 days of purchase, provided the goods are in their original condition and packaging, unused, and you have valid proof of purchase. Customised or special-order goods, expired cartridges, and clearance-sale items are excluded. Defective goods are covered separately within the manufacturer's warranty period.
