# Waltons

> Waltons is a South African retailer of stationery, office supplies and office furniture, supplying home users, students, schools, businesses and government departments nationwide via online ordering and a network of branches.

Waltons (legally Bidvest Waltons) operates the e-commerce site waltons.co.za alongside physical Waltons branches across South Africa. The store carries general stationery (pens, paper, files, ink, toner), office furniture (chairs, desks, storage), school supplies, computer accessories and art and craft. Waltons also runs proprietary office-furniture ranges (Optiplan, e-Line, Streamline) and an annual Back-to-School programme.

All prices on waltons.co.za include 15% VAT and are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). A tax invoice is issued for every order. Standard delivery is 2–5 working days from order confirmation via our courier partner, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00, nationwide within South Africa. Same-Day Delivery (@Speed) is available at supported delivery addresses, dispatched from the nearest Waltons store. Click & Collect is available at participating Waltons branches. Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused and in their original packaging; customised or special-order goods, expired cartridges and clearance items are excluded. Defective goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as set out on the Refund and Returns page.
